"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"There is a parking lot directly opposite the hotel, although it is a bit expensive. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The outdoor areas are beautiful, with several lovely swimming pools. However, it was already difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool in June. Many guests seemed to reserve loungers by leaving their towels on them. I spent the whole morning by the pool and noticed several loungers with towels that remained unoccupied the entire time. I can only imagine how busy it must be during the peak summer season. The rooms were beautiful, and there was a great variety of entertainment and activities. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. My only disappointment was how crowded the pool area and the breakfast buffet were, with queues forming at breakfast. For a five-star hotel, this was a bit of a drawback."

"This property is a stone throw away from 4 bars. Great for watching World Cup soccer and chatting it up with the owners. It's a 3 minute walk to the strip with lots of Restaurants. Arcade games. Clothing stores. Farris wheel. It's a 4 minute walk to the beach. Clean sand. Gorgeous views. It's a 6 minute walk to the train station. Where you can hop of for $20 Euros both ways to get to Barcelona or other areas to see old churches. Castles and more. (We didn't use a tour guide and was able to figure it out) Transit is clean and convenient. The hotel room has a nice shower. A balcony. & comfortable memory foam mattresses for a good night sleep. There are 2 pool tables on the ground floor. 3 vending machines for Water. Pops & Snacks. We did the Half Board for the Buffet. Breakfast and Dinner. Everything is fresh. Cooked well and didn't disappoint. If you head right when you exit the building and walk for 10 minutes. You will get walking trails. A mall. Shopping center for wines/smokes/local chocolates and other goods. Reasonably priced items. At the hotel. They also have a bar. A lounge area. Activities throughout certain days. A clean pool with lots of loungers and tables. Staff is friendly. Property is well maintained. Stayed from 17th to 24th of June. It's a place we will visit again. It's a area worth exploring. With local cafes if you walk North (away from the water) with a tram elevator that leads you to nice city views and a quiet stroll. It was about 30 Degrees *C*"

"Great location, near beach but away from busy area. Very nice property , not too big, quiet but had nightly entertainment that was good. Food was just okay, good drinks, nice spa, nice pool. Attractive grounds with flowers."

"Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. Very close to the beach. Staff at the bar was super friendly. Good ambience at the evening shows. I enjoyed the evening buffets very much. However the morning coffee from the machine was awful, please upgrade that if you can."

"the hotel is very good, the breakfast and dinner is super and rooms are very clean. the only unexpecting was that hotel is adults only which is good there is no children but instead you will meet lots of old people in hotel and poolside and restaurants. I won't advise for teenagers but i will book it again for my parents for sure"
