"Lovely hotel that felt light and airy. Plenty of lounger availability and the pool area was always peaceful and relaxing. Could have been more options for food and drink around the pool to make it better. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent."

"Good choice of breakfast. Room was sizeable with safe/ security box and enough wardrobe space and drawers for clothes. Pool is amazing - daughter loved it so much we returned this year. "

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Parking outside not so good, so if you are driving bare this in mind. Air con in the rooms were very very poor and old. Other than this i really liked the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were amazing, pool was clean and really nice. Entertainment in the evenings. Buffet was decent in comparison to other hotels in the area"
