"The apartment was clean but small for a three people, its location is convenient, close to city centre if you use a bus or walk. You need to bear in mind that this not a hotel. Breakfast is not on the premises, you will have to walk to a certain cafe which located about 10 minutes walk. The cafe is very good, run by a family. Food and service are brilliant but when it’s busy you may have to wait at least half an hour or more on Saturday and during the week. You are limited to what you can have...

"Everything is good. It is located near the city of art and science (15 minutes walking). There's huge carrefour near the museums inside a mall (reachable by bus #35), so it's a plus. 10minutes bus to downtown (old town/ciudad vieja) and also estacion del nord.
The receptionist isn't necessarily friendly but definitely helpful.
The room service is limited since they are cooperating with another company to handle it.
Room is nice, spacious (mine is 2beds with 1 sofa bed and a patio) clean and...

"The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay!
I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip.
Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...
