"Lifted the mattress pad ( which was way too small for the bed) it was dirty the bed mattress was dirty. No help at desk. No bed bugs, but tent camping would have been better! Never again!"

"This place was excellent. They are friendly, clean rooms and is walking distance to restaurants and nightclubs. Valet was great and the when checking in, the guy working was courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back."

"Hotel is very nice and has great amenities. Please note that the upper wings do not allow anyone under the age of 21. There were no warnings at time of booking and we were not advised upon checking in, it was not until the staff member rudely came up to us when we were at the pool that we were not allowed there with our eight month old. Shortly after the frontdesk called me looking to place us into a different Wing, but after having our experienced soured by my interaction we decided to move to the Kimpton. Which I highly recommend for families. That said the Thompson is a good hotel for someone who’s looking for a resort feeling and not looking to leave the hotel."
