"Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family. "

"Had a great time at the hotel. Literally down the street from all the restaurants and shops in the area. 10 min walk to San Felipe fort. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke both English and Spanish. Also the complimentary breakfast was made to order. Definitely a great deal "

"I was very happy with my stay at mood matuna, staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I felt safe in the area and with lots of interesting areas to visit that is a walkable distance. There is even a small grocery store nearby if theres stuff you need for basic essential needs. They also have a restaurant that also offers room service. Food was definitely good and priced reasonably it was my go to place to eat. If i have to rate this place it would definitely be 5/5 the stay was...

"The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. "

"It’s a nice hotel. The picture is misleading as you are staying at the hotel but all amenities like breakfast, gym, pool and restaurant are all at the main property, Santa Clara. This was fine as it is only 1 min away from Bovedas. I like both property , very friendly staff, good service. "
