"The rooms were clean and well presented with clean towels and beds linen every day. All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them"

"Das Zimmer war für unsere Ansprüche ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden (Föhn, Duschbad, Handtücher, Wasserkocher). Wir haben gut geschlafen. Allerdings roch der Abfluss im Bad unangenehm. Zum Frühstück gab es eine kleine Auswahl verschiedener Speisen, u.a. Brötchen, Toast, Ei, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Schokocreme, frisches Obst & Gemüse, Cerealien, Milchalternativen, Tee-/Kaffeevariationen, Saft,... . Das Personal hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten...

"The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."

"Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war hell und groß, allerdings war die Dusche direkt im Zimmer (also kein separates Bad). In Spanien gibt es strenge Raucherregelungen, auf dem Balkon oder direkt neben den Liegen am Pool darf man nicht rauchen. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand und fußläufig vom Bierkönig/Megapark entfernt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rundum sehr zufrieden gewesen, würde ich auf jeden Fall...

"Der Meerblick ist ganz toll! Das Personal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel ist leider abseits gelegen. Um zu den Restaurants zu gelangen muss man ca. 30 - 40 Minuten laufen oder mit dem Taxi fahren. Das Hotel empfanden wir als relativ laut und nicht wirklich erholsam, obwohl hauptsächlich Pärchen und auch ältere Leute dort waren. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht zugesagt. Es war fast immer das gleiche Angebot. Zum Vortag immer 1 oder 2 kleine Änderungen. Haben aber fast immer das...

"My sister and I stayed for a mini break and the hotel was perfect in many ways. Location excellent, quiet, but a nice stroll into the centre along the waters edge in about 15 minutes. The food was excellent, so much choice and the restaurant was really lovely, nice interiors and gorgeous view of the bay. Our room was nice, apart from the drain smell, but you soon learn to keep a towel over the shower drain. (The cleaner showed us this!) We stayed in a suite which was lovely as we had a lot...
