"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and...

"if you are German and like to drink lager until 5 am and chant football songs all night - this is the place for you… and they didn’t even have a game on in the World Cup. If not - avoid. The area around the hotel makes San Antonio and Magaluf look upmarket. The reception staff were excellent but you feel sorry for them.. The same applies to the catering staff.
