"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to unexpected passport issues and urgently needed accommodation. The room and facilities were pleasant, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcome. The receptionist greeted us by saying, “What do you want?” I have never been spoken to like that by hotel reception staff before, and it immediately created a poor first impression. "Had a really great time as a solo traveller. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a standard buffet breakfast, a good amount of veggie options (would’ve loved veggie sausages). Very close to the beach and the bus stop to go into the town and the airport (very frequent buses, 25 min bus journey). There was also a really nice and cheap tapas place down the road (bar Alaska), and some really nice places to eat in palma town (l’informal, bar espana). There’s a bigger supermarket...
