"I have booked a room for a 5 night stay, Due to some circumstances , need to change the dates of my stay. the hotel and Expedia have been playing games with me. I have well over $1400 for this stay. why would I or any customer be treated this badly, from blatant lies to deliberate fraud. I am still pursuing for refund or change of dates , and I would not give that up."
"Wir waren zu dritt in einem Doppelzimmer, wir fanden leider zu klein. Die Klotür war aus Glas und durchsichtig. Also, für Familien mit Privatsphärebedürfnisse vllt hier nicht unbedingt geeignet. Das Bett war für uns leider zu hart. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Cala Marcal ist zwar klein, aber schön. Ansonsten mit einem Mietwagen ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in einer anderen Bucht. Wir haben...
"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes.
The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria.
Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies.
All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."
"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."
