"What a beautiful place. We had an ocean view room and the view was exactly what we thought we were getting. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day. "The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time!
