"We had the upstairs room and there was no air conditioning. The room was close to 40 degrees Celsius and the fan they gave us barely did anything. We were sweating all night long and the walls are so thick, the windows so small that it barely cooled down all night. It might be the worst hotel experience I have ever had."

She made the best breakfast spread and the room was super clean. She helped create an amazing experience. They both did. Also she recommended some amazing places to visit and eat. "The hotel, the staff, the amenities were all perfect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the room was perfect and so spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they always ensured my 2 year old was happy which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible, so much choice. The restaurants on site are also fantastic, our favourite was Roka. We dined there twice and couldn’t recommend it enough. (Book at sunset for the best vibe!)
