"Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out."

"It was a treat to enter such a beautiful, clean, and well-set-up unit. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms. "It was an amazing 8 Day stay. The unit is clean tidy. Everything and more that you could possibly need. Easy and secure exse, Central and quick onto the all main roads. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing is to much. I had a very late flight in and checked in late at night. The amazing manger make sure there was a snack and coffee for the next morning Simple amazing 10/10 "

"Excellent apartment. With a howling South Easter on the south side, the balcony on the north side is quiet and still. Great view of the lagoon and nothing but crickets at night. Many thanks to the security staff, alway pleasant, patient and helpful "

"There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host."

The apartment was well equipped, safe and had great amenities as described in the ad, the Host Agent Gideon made contact prior to our arrival and during our visit, great service. Will definitely be rebooking on our next trip to Cape Town. "

"Top host, very easy to communicate, instant help. Property: Very safe due own security. Easy parking right in front. Well equipped kitchen, but a few things need replacement like fryingpans etc. Not enough towels for a family with 3 girls. Common Pool - water temperature a bit fresh 19° - no deckchairs whatsoever in pool area. (might be different during summer) Nice playground and mini golf for kids."
