"Great hotel easy walk to Tivoli and Copenhagen H. Only gripe that kept me from giving it 5 stars was their housekeeping policies. If you don’t tell them by 10 pm the night prior, housekeeping skips your room. I realized that too late on my second night, so they didn’t refresh any of the coffee/tea supplies, nor remove any used ones. I had asked a housekeeper next door to my room if she could just swap towels and supplies, no need for full cleaning, which she said was fine. When I got back in the evening my two days of cups and glasses were still sitting, and I ran out of coffee, sugar and creamer. I also had to call twice, an hour apart, to ask for a room fan as it was too warm to sleep, which they finally delivered while I was out. Maybe a fluke, so would stay again. Breakfast, bar, and amenities were great."

"No air conditioning- but we borrowed a fan from the reception and that helped . It can get pretty warm in the summer so it’s best to keep the curtains closed"

"This is an ideal hotel for me considering I was just in Copenhagen for 24 hours, to sleep and shower between flight from the US to a flight into another EU country. I didn't realize until later but there is an airline check-in kiosk right there in the hotel lobby, so I didn't even need to make the (short) walk to the terminal to do so and print out the luggage tag. I walked to the airport for my meals. Unless I missed it, a drinking station/water refiller would've been helpful...I know the tap water is safe to drink but I don't like to use the bathroom tap. I was able to check in 2 hours earlier for 200 dkk."

"I only stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling alone, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a double bed, yet only one pillow was provided. The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and not even basic amenities like a small toothpaste were provided. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much better service and comfort. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for what it offered and would not recommend it."

"Resort prices hostel services. More a fancy hostel than a hotel. 2 single beds whose mattresses would be more at home in a camper. Usb chargers didn't work. Self check in was broken and the front desk clerk was also the bartender. If you really really need to stay at the airport and train station ok but otherwise take a 5 minute taxi, save 100 and get a nice room."
