"the room is clean and spacious, safe and convenient close to the shops , staff was welcoming specially the one who assisted me in checking in and check out was lovely and professional the service was exceptional , only one observation one receptionist lady in one occasion when i went to dropped off my laundry she saw me first but didn’t smile or even just acknowledge me or say something like “someone will be with you shortly “ she just look at me and ignored me , then another lovely lady helped me instead with a friendly smile which made my day ,overall im happy will definitely stay again & highly recommend for family ,solo travelller or actually for everyone."

All of the personnels/staffs from the reception, restaurant and security were very helpful, hospitable, friendly and welcoming. The food at the buffet in the hotel has a lot of options and menu, also delicious. The hotel is close to the MOA, Sports Arena and most of the restaurants that you can visit. I will highly recommend this hotel to every tourist or locals to stay at."
