"We stayed at a 2 bedroom chalet. Everything is way below average for the amount charged. The furniture is incredibly outdated. The main bedroom bed has no sidetables. The second bedroom furniture was very very old. The steps to the second floor are incredibly narrow and dangerous. The did not provide coffee in the unit! And ask that we pay 10€ for the wood for the wood stove! We are gold-level hotels.com members as we travel a great deal. I would never return to his location and do not recommend it. The only silver lining was that Sanni at the front desk was just FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful. "

"Beautiful property run by lovely people in a stunning spot. We had a standard room, which was a little basic but lovely and clean. It would have been improved by having a kettle and tea and coffee, and a second chair. The lounge was a lovely space to relax, with an amazing view to curl up and read a book. Unfortunately, because it closed at 9pm you were then only in your room. The beauty of this place is the quiet and if you want to just relax, then this is perfect for you. "

"Self check in is convenient. There is no staff onsite during our stay. I tried to cook but I was not able to turn on the cooker or the oven. It looks to me there is no electricity connected to them. Otherwise everything is good."

"Check-in was convenient. The room was clean and quiet. The disappointment was that our rooms were in the basement with shared bathroom. They were not like the picture shows on the front of the water. "

Everything very good except for the location. It’s not in town. E-car charging port a bit far n no place to rest while charging. Should have an eatery nearby charging port. "

"We booked here because some family members stayed 9 years ago and loved it, so we weren't as careful with checking reviews as we would normally be. The resort is very far from 4*. The apartments are tired and basic. The soft furnishings (sofa, cushions and blanket) in the living room are dirty and smelly. The bedrooms are tiny, with just beds and no other furniture, not even a bedside table. The shower cubicles are cheap plastic. The only great thing is the view over the fjord. If the weather is good then I'm sure it's a fantastic place to see the Northern Lights but if it's cloudy, as it was during our visit, then you won't see anything and you're stuck in one location. The activities are run by a separate company and the staff are lovely but completely untrained. We booked a trappers experience day, where we were meant to learn about local flora and fauna, and how to make a fire. In reality, it was just a snowshoe hike, which was gorgeous and fun but not what we thought we were getting. Our guide had only been at the resort for a few weeks and had been given minimal training, so didn't know the area very well (not his fault, he was doing his best). We also found out that some of the activities staff live in tiny near the dog yard in extremely basic conditions. There was actually a fire while we were there - likely caused by unsafe electrics (no injuries thankfully). The sauna was also not working properly. On the plus side, the hotel staff were friendly. "
