Hostel di Malta

"This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had in Malta. When I requested a change to my booking dates, I received no flexibility or meaningful assistance despite explaining my situation clearly. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. As someone relocating to Malta, I expected a more professional and accommodating approach. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this guest house based on my experience"
