"Nice restaurant and the food was very good . The staff were a little distracted and you had keep asking for things . There was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. I had my own but strange there was none available ."

"Everything was fine but when it came to breakfast we had to wait over an hour and when it arrived was not very nice, undercooked sausages, gluten free bread given to someone who didn't have a gluten allergy, no cups available for drinks and a giant milk jug which milk poured out of like a fountain. Obviously very understaffed in the restaurant."

"The grounds and the hotel were absolutely stunning! We were delighted with our bedroom suite. The hotel can boast an interesting history; on the wall in the restaurant is a wooden plaque, with a gilded list of previous head girls from 1937 when the hotel was run as a school. The beautiful stained glass windows on the staircase are evidence of the previous importance of the building. The hotel is well placed for activities in Warwick, and visits to Stratford on Avon, & Royal Leamington Spa. ...

"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

"No airport shuttle. Staff said easy access via a monorail, which it turns out was not operating for our early morning flight. 10 minute cab ride $20. Adjoining restaurants in ResortWorld were all sterile and not appealing."

"Really funky and young hotel, nicely located close to Resorts World and for us the airport. However be aware that early morning the connection between the hotel and the airport, via the NEC and Birmingham international, isn't open. Bit of a longer walk. Hotel was excellent though, really well appointed and great facilities"

"Easy to find, friendly warm welcome on arrival and shown to the room. Really comfy bed. 7 minute drive from the NEC if you're attending an event."

"Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here."
