My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful, whether at reception or in the restaurant. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the on-site golf facilities were top-notch. "Friendly staff at the hotel so no complaints from me. Pretty basic facilities but perfectly comfortable. Tepid water in the shower and be careful stepping out of the shower cubicle as it is raised up off the floor in the bathroom about 8 to 10 inches. "

"This is my goto for stays in Koblenz. Yea, its like a 20 min drive...but it is worth it! The rooms have been upgraded since the last time I was here. They look great. The breakfast buffet is just as I remember it...legendary. The surroundings are serene. Leave your window open and fall asleep to the babbling brook. Never hit the spa yet, but it looks comprehensive. Maybe next time! "
