Carpet was stained and my bed sheets were stain with what it seemed coffee, to me the bed sheets were not changed.

The smell at arriving into the room . The towels very thin and the original color was white but they look beige of dirty. Not tissue. Paper. But the must import at breakfast the fruits , cheeses etc, uncovered and all the fly or moscas on top of it . Disgusting.

Carpet needed shampooing, I saw a lot of stains and lots of dust on the corners or behind furniture. I couldn't even sit by the desk chair without getting a sneeze attack. The rest was good, good breakfast and comfortable beds, just need to pay a little more attention to the cleaning.

Very nice property with great people! Beautiful breakfast buffet. Pool is small but refreshing. Could easily walk to casa del cafe and Canasta for a various foods. We also enjoyed the variety of food, music and eating outside at Gastro Park which was a short walk down the street. They will order a driver to transport you from the airport for $20.

The lady who helped us at the front desk was Very helpful. The Hotel smells awful the carpet smells Dog pee. The room was clean but with a bad smell.

I love their friendly staff overall, great breakfast menu variety and felt very secured. What I didn’t find convenient was the place where the plates were placed, since I have disability issues it was hard for me to go down and pick up the plates for the breakfast buffet. Kudos to Anielka that did a great job providing us with a great room service. Joan and David were very attentive and helpful in the dinning area.

This is the new Holiday Inn in Managua, and it is very clean and modern, quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was simple but good. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but a nice food court next door with a variety of options. Enjoyed my stay.

Si bien el Hotel es cómodo, me parece que algunos servicios pueden mejorar como el desayuno, hay poca variedad para los niveles de cobro por Noche. Ademas podrían incorporar un pequeño refrigerardor en las piezas para mantener helada el agua u otros liquidos para beber. Tampoco hay lápiz o papel en la pieza para anotar datos.

The carpet floors were dirty. Lack of lining in the bathroom. No hairdryer, no small refrigerator to keep small drinks cold, overall lack of amenities for the price I paid. the breakfast was okay.
