"It was an amazing stay for 2 nights. Staff behaved very politely and Mr. Manish and his team at restaurant are fantastic people to take care of guests with mouthwatering food and warm hospitality."
"So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there, but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good"
"I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading.
The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned.
While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place. "
"We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. The room was clean, beautiful timber interior and most importantly the bathroom was clean and fitted with nice fixtures. The restaurant in hotel also served tasty, hygienic food and the staff in restaurant was really caring, polite and helpful to all the guests. I will definitely recommend anyone heading to Manali to stay at Tiaraa."
"Great views and activities, but food needs improvement
We stayed at ITC Welcome, Manali for a day and the property is truly beautiful. The hotel offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains all around, making it a very scenic and peaceful place to stay.
The property has a wide range of activities, which makes it a good choice for guests who prefer spending time within the resort itself. However, the location is quite secluded and far from main Manali, which may not be ideal for those looking to explore the town.
While we had booked both dinner and breakfast buffets, the food was average and did not meet the expectations one usually associates with ITC properties. The options were limited and the taste was just okay, especially compared to other ITC hotels that we have been at.
Overall it was a good experience"
