Excellent mid-cost accommodation. Unbelievably well located — about a 60 second walk around the corner to Teatras Amazonas. Excellent staff. Quality morning breakfast buffet too.

The reviews I read were correct, the hallway and the room had a really strong urine smell. I tried to ignore that, but once I got to bed the pillows had a strong sweat smell like that they hadn't change the pillow cases in a long time. I went downstairs and got a new set of blankets and pillow cases and tried to spend the night there and look for another hotel next morning. I wasn't able to stay there more than 2 hours, the smell was way too strong, I went downstairs and ask for a refund and I had paid 5 days in advance. Once I got the refund back I was out of there as soon as possible. PS. My friend got his room across the hallway and had the same issue, we both moved out.

Precisa melhorar muito

Café da manhã muito ruim. Estrutura antiga, cheio de emendas. Cheiro de desinfetante muito forte. Atendentes super prestativos e gradáveis Localização: na área central da cidade, mas em uma rua perigosa, inclusive fica um alerta p/ quem é turista. Cuidado! Trabalhei em um escritório na rua monsenhor Coutinho quando morava em Manaus, tinha assalto quase toda semana pq tem muitos moradores de rua na redondeza.

Hotel razoável, adequado para passar poucos dias. Bem localizado, limpeza adequada, café da manhã razoável. Pra quem vai à trabalho, a internet é ruim, oscila muito, não há tomadas proximas à mesa. Pedi uma extensão, o senhor que rstava na recepção informou que não fornecem para os hóspedes porque "não devolviam" (o que poderia ter gerado uma melhoria e terem instalado tomadas). As instalações são antigas mas atendem razoavelmente.

Expect what you booked

The hotel is old and not remodeled. When I walked into our room, it was really hot and humid. Same for the hallway, but the front desk area was cool. The toilet in our room wasn’t work when we arrived at 3am. The sink knob fell off when I turned it. We didn’t bother to call the front desk because we didn’t speak Portuguese. However, the front desk and cook for the hotel was nice.

Trés bon choix

Trés bien, arrivé à 9h du matin aprés un voyage en bateau, ils m'ont proposé le petit déjeuner et donné une chambre immédiatement. A part ça, central, calme et bon petit déjeuner.

Bom hotel

Muito bom o hotel, eles ajudaram em todas a situações que foram necessárias. Os funcionários são ótimos atenciosos. A comodidade tem academia que dá pra manter o físico, tem café da manhã suficiente para se manter até o almoço e é bem localizado.

Great Location Isn't Enough

The location is excellent but the hotel is tired. The balcony was scary - dirty and rusted. I wouldn't even open it. The view was of decaying buildings. The breakfast wasn't good. But the staff was very nice.

Quarto desconfortável e não recomendo

Tentei reservar um quarto de solteiro e ou o hoteis.com ou o próprio hotel não ajudaram, sendo que entre os colegas, eu havia sido o primeiro a reservar. E ao contrário de mim, conseguiram. No quarto que fiquei, o banheiro encontrava problemas na bacia sanitária, como assento quebrado e exaustor quebrado, fazendo muito barulho. O porta toalha do banheiro também estava quebrado, atrapalhando o uso. A limpeza retirou os kits de sabonetes e shampoo's durante a limpeza e não fizeram a reposição, além de também não fazerem a troca da toalha, encontrando até insetos. O quarto tem um aparelho de ar condicionado com um barulho que também causa desconforto, atrapalhando o sono. O atendente da recepção não encaminhou a nota fiscal do hotel durante a saída.
