"The qualities of this hotel is generally the relaxing environment and the evening meal. The staff are friendly and also welcoming. However the cleanliness could be better, as you have to ask if you need to change the towels in your room and to have your room cleaned / bedsheets changed. I also had to ask for toilet rolls.
