"The ambience is nice. The people are kind but don't share that much info in regards to room service. I asked for a 2 bed and got a 1 bedroom so I had to go back for them to fix it. No problem, just that we stayed there for 4 days but didn't have our rooms cleaned once, no new towels or refilling on certain necessities. Even if we would put the card down.
