"Staff were polite but we didn't appreciate the offer of a "free upgrade" to a small, windowless room (117) because it had air-con fitted, wasn't needed with temperatures only reaching 20° - 22° and rain due.
Room 207, a cottage room which was booked, had half of the full length mirror hidden behind a dressing table. It was fairly a large room with iron and ironing board and large TV, while the spacious bathroom had a good, hot shower, and plenty of accessories.
The breakfast room was not big...

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons.
