"It was refreshing to find out that the hotel is American-owned and operated. I loved our cozy room and the toiletries provided. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. My 6-year-old enjoyed the pool so much. The front desk staff were kind enough to allow us a late checkout so my daughter could spend more time having fun in the pool."

"Well for starters, the fridge/freezer wasn't plugged in. Causing water to build up in the fridge. So when the door was opened, it came out onto the floor. The reason it was unplugged was because the cord was too short. Causing it to get unplugged when the door was opened. Had to adjust it. Secondly, the drapes don't close all the way. Had to clip them shut. Third, there was hair in the sink and other places in the bathroom. Fourth, the ice machine wasn't working at the hotel. Best...

I went around 3 times until I found the entrance(parking across the street.) Copley College involved in the hotel, branch of their museum up the street. I went back to Waterville(childhood vacation), to go the Colby free museum, so great! All in all, Waterville is back and worth a visit.
