"The room was clean housekeeping was great. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. There were a couple of staff members who weren’t so friendly and had an attitude. I can’t say there was a lot of harassment from the staff that were dressed in white and gray. They continuously asked us if we wanted to take a survey or sign up for something. I thought that was annoying when I’m trying to enjoy my vacation."

"Half of the resort is under construction. The amenities that made us book with this resort was not open. In addition, the balcony roof leaked, the shower leaked, the jacuzzi tub was broken. and front desk never answered the phone. Beware you have to pay for hotel entertainment/shows, which is usually free. It is also a charge for certain alcoholic beverages. "
