excellent location, friendly staff

Super clean, brilliant location, affordable, roof terrace a bonus. Effective air-con.

This place is beautiful, remarkably situated in the center of the city, quiet. Lise at the front desk was remarkable too. We never have been taking care of like this anywhere and we travel a lot

A fantastic breakfast buffet! Great location for a stopover en route to Madrid. Excellent staff…perfect for our needs and so quiet at night! Thank you

Excellent customer service - very friendly and polite. The hotel is delightful.

Brilliant staff who were excellent in sorting out a problem with my car

Excellent location just across from the station. Friendly staff, comfy room, not too far from main sites which are walking distance or can be reached by nearby bus. Would stay there again.

We were attending the Cure Concert in the arena. This was the perfect place to stay. Literally across the road from the entrance. Prices were high because of the concert, which we expected. I had mailed the hotel regarding parking but had no response but after some of my own research I read that there was a small car park (6 spaces) which you accessed through automatic bollards and them beep through to the carpark. It was worth it as I think it would have been hard to work out otherwise. We...

Excellent staff, clean room, good air con. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff . The hotel has a pool ,secure parking , brasserie and restaurant . It is situated a short tram ride from main sights . Thank you for a wonderful stay

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent. That said, it was pretty difficult trying to negotiate the one way/bus lane system to reach the hotel and although we passed near it a number of times it still took 45 minutes to get to it. This would not put me off staying there again and expect it will take me a number of attempts to negotiate the one way system next time. This would be worth it because of the location.

Great stop for an overnight stay on our way down to Costa Brava.

This was our second stay at the Royal hotel, our first was just an overnight stay, and we liked Nimes so much we wanted longer and couldn't imagine a better hotel. This time it totally lived up to expectations. It is amazingly convenient for the centre of historic Nimes, opposite the Maison Carre! The rooms are comfortable, the building itself interesting architecturally, and some very quirky and amusing decor. We arrived during the Pentecost festival, which was very lively ☺️. Some features of...

Classy and chic in a super location for shops and the main square

Great staff and the location was great. The bar/restaurant downstairs was also good and no sound came into the hotel rooms.

My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back.

Excellent budget hotel and ideal for a short overnight stay. The rooms are basic but have everything you need without the extra's you sometimes get at more expensive places. It is also ideally situated opposite the train station.
