was great .... but the service was close to awful, from the internet connection that was barely working, to the restaurant staff that either were not enough in numbers or they did not know how to handle it, to mowing the grass at 2 PM when kids should sleep, to housekeeping using the vacuum cleaner after the same 2 PM in the floor lobby or in the rooms with the door open and not changing towels, soaps, glasses, to front parking being used by hotel staff cars, to parking...

"The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."
