Hosts are not on-site, which made things a little difficult. They are responsive to phone calls - but you need an international phone plan to call them and I had to...

"Friendly staff, especially Vanessa, Anastacia, and Fatima. The hotel is a bit older but offers Wi‑Fi, a small kitchenette, a sauna, a gym, a good breakfast, and a 24-hour front desk. The location is great, and having a REWE market nearby was very convenient. Thank you for making my first stay in Munich such a pleasant experience."
