"Definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back! Hotel was super clean and beautiful. They had activities for the guests to do to keep us entertained everyday. The staff members were very friendly and pleasant. The food was actually good at all 3 restaurants on the resort. Make sure to make a reservation at Castle View restaurant for dinner, food was delicious and our server Julisa was attentive and provided excellent customer service overall. The only downside to our trip which the hotel had no control over was we could not go in the ocean. The tides were high the whole time we were there, but overall great stay!"

"Simply spectacular. Great location ON THE BEACH. The beach is steps away and the beach chairs/umbrellas are perfect. The rooms are CLEAN. Great bathrooms and showers. The staff is so so so nice. Beyond nice. And importantly, the food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS. Happy hour helps a lot as well if you drink. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kemar at the restaurant, you’re the man! "

"Loved the Crane - will be back, The room was so well thought out - comfortable, spacious, lots of storage, The kitchen had the basics yet we were still able to create some great gourmet meals, which helped with our food expenses. The restaurants we went to were also excellent. My only complaint was there was no hot water in the shower. The plumber did a repair but still the water was just barely warm for a shower. Other people in our party had really hot water - so it was just our room. Will still return!"
