Had a nice, peaceful stay here. The location next to McDonald’s was really convenient. The check-in lady was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and everything was quick and smooth. Definitely good value for the price.

Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not care for the breakfast, there was not much to choose from. I would of liked to have eggs and toast. Coffee was a bit weak but you could walk to McDonalds. Its not a five star hotel but the price was very affordable.

Go somewhere else. Breakfast, joke. Rock hard freezer biscuits. Watered down pancake mix. And other than 2 kinds of cereal that’s it. Door to the room from the outside had gaps and you could see through them. It’s not really worth my time time listing everything. Go somewhere else.

The location was convenient. The room was not clean, there was previous travelers washcloth and soap left in shower, along with stained towels. Smoke detector was missing. Very noisy at night. There was a gap underneath door.

I was not satisfied. The rooms were not clean. Hair in the sink, fridge was not plugged in, coverletts on top of beds were dirty, bathtub was clogged, floors were dirty, shower head sprayed everywhere.

Key didn’t work and we got locked out of room. No one at front desk and no one answered phone when we tried calling. Our room was not cleaned after prior guests. Very limited breakfast with spoiled milk. Not recommended. Stay at a larger chain.

The room was clean and well stocked. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. The only thing I will say about the shower was that the bottom of the tub was extremely slick. I put the bath mat in the tub to keep from slipping. The young lady who checked me in was so friendly and professional. We traveled with my little dog and they were very accommodating. Overall it was a very good stay.

Check in was easy and staff was nice. Room was clean but here was no soap in the bathroom or shower. I feel like hand soap is a necessity. There was an ice bucket but no cups. TV was good and pillows were good.

Air conditioning was not working. Room was HOT. No one was working the front desk in the morning. Sign on counter said to ring bell…a Ring doorbell. When asked if anyone was working the front desk, response heard on Ring was, “I am.” When lack of air conditioning was reported, staff said it was “noted”. There was a one inch gap under the door. No pole or hangers in closet to hang clothing. Shower/tub faucet handle in bathroom was just barely hanging on and breakfast seemed to consist of green apples, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, and coffee. Honestly, when I walked over to the “dining area” and saw those few things, I did not look for more. Oh, there was a fully stocked jar of cookies on the front desk counter.

Great price, bug free. But the property needs some attention. Metal fixtures in sink are rusted, mold around the tub in the bathroom. Free breakfast wasn't attended to. Breakfast looked old and very basic. This hotel is great for people looking for something cheap.

The room smelled as if somebody had just smoked in it recently and no one told me that that was a smoking room. The carpet had paint stains all over it. And the bedsheets had cigarette burns and other stains on them. I felt really uncomfortable sleeping in that bed and wound up only getting a couple hours of sleep and then waking up and just leaving at like four in the morning because I didn’t even wanna shower in that hotel room.

The hotel is not the brand advertised. It was not signed, making it impossible to find. The staff gave us a room that we entered and was either in use or not cleaned. The room we eventually got was filthy, had no hot water, did not have a functioning smoke detector or sprinklers and the beds were soiled. Somehow the shower was absolutely filthy. If it were possible to give negative stars, i would give it a black hole.

The facade was awful. Clearly an old LaQuinta from the 80's. Front desk area was cluttered and messy. Did not look like a front desk of any real hotel. Unkempt and dirty. Glass door to "lobby" was filthy. My room smelled like smoke. The bathtub had several human hairs all over the tub. The doors were all dirty and the towels looked stained and old. The breakfast was a joke. Disgusting coffee in an old church style urn. No sugar just sweet n low as a sweetener, powdered creamer. "gravy" for the stale biscuits was cold in the crock pot....not even turned on to a setting that would heat. No fruit, proteins, etc. 2 types of sugared sweetened cereals and milk in a refrigerator. I paid in advance but then was told I owed an additional $20 for my dog to stay in the room. We went to Dollar Tree and bought cleaning agents, cleaned the room and then slept fitfully. I was able to clean the doors and tub, the washcloth was dark gray with dirt. I do not understand how Red Lion Inns allowed this to be a franchise. It was as bad as a weekly rental in the worst part of any town. Sadly, the reviews were "very good" and 7.4 on Expedia. Clearly the reviews were bought or false. I would have stayed elsewhere but by the time we got there at after 8 pm, there were no other options available. I fault Expedia and Red Lion Inns and Suites. This was beyond frightening.
