"This property was great! We stayed here for a weekend with our 3 kids and were more than comfortable with 2 king beds and a pull-out couch. Room was huge and the bathroom was clean and very nice! We even had a view of the Empire State Building from our window! Hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Would love to stay here again. "

"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience."
