"The hotel was very nice, had an old New York style to it. The staff were polite and helpful.

"The Crown has been redone by Hyatt. Hyatt has really done a great job of renewing the property. It has a nice clean look. Really like the new location of the restaurant/bar. They wait service in the restaurant/bar were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I liked the room, especially the beds. they were very soft and comfortable.
I found the check-in very cold and too business like. not very welcoming. We had a refrigerator in the room but no coffee maker which is something we really...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"This place has great staff, and a cool rooftop bar, but is otherwise horrible, and vastly over priced. 0ur first room was reasonably sized, but the shower water would not turn off, the deadbolt did not work, wall paper was peeled off the walls in multiple places,etc... for $500 a night! Beyond ridiculous. We asked for a better room after our first night. We were assigned one that had a working shower, but no drain cap in the bathroom sink. some wall paper was delaminasting, the door did not...
