This thoughtful and elegant gesture was just the beginning of the outstanding hospitality we experienced throughout our visit. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, gracious, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere commitment to providing exceptional service truly set this hotel apart. The thoughtful touches throughout our stay—from the thick robes in our room and the convenient umbrellas to the delightful wine hour—were unexpected luxuries that elevated the entire experience. Every detail reflected a genuine dedication to guest comfort and created a stay that was memorable, relaxing, and unforgettable. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit small and tight for a single queen room, which is fairly typical for many New York City hotels. However, the exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, and overall experience more than made up for the limited space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! FIVE STAR!"
