"The location is wonderful! 2 second walk and you’re at Times Square. The rooms are towards the center of the building, so they are extremely quiet. The rooms could use some refurbishment. The carpets had holes and runs through them, the windows had tint over them that were peeled back in the corners, the main light in the bathroom did not work so you had the little light over the shower is all for lighting. "The hotel was very nice! Very central location nice place. Times Square and Broadway shows close by. The staff was very friendly and we loved staying here. The breakfast was a good choice of food however, we only stayed there three days and the food was rotated, about every three days which was fine. The elevators take a LONG time. But all in all we would definitely stay here again for sure!"

We also enjoyed the seemingly endless supply of cookies, including allergen-free ones! Although small (cozy), the room was clean and quiet. "The hotel was pretty good in general. Here's the good. Our room on the 18th floor was clean and quiet. We didn't here any other guests, although I can't say for sure if there were guests in any adjacent rooms. We had minimal interaction with the staff but what staff we did interact with were helpful and polite. We did not get breakfast so we can offer no feedback on the food. Now the not so good. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. I like a softer bed so this is usually the case for me...

"I really enjoyed the location of the property and the decor of the hotel was lovely. The breakfast was awesome! There was a small issue with the bed linens not looking freshly cleaned, and especially on the sofa bed, but once we spoke to front desk they immediately responded and provided cleaned bedsheets. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely stay at the Riu Plaza Hotel again."
