"I couldn’t get the room cleaned. I went to the front desk 3 times throughout the day and they still didn’t clean it. I slept in a dirty room for 3 days. The telephone in the room didn’t have a cord so I had to go to the desk each time. They acted nice and said they would send housekeeping immediately but they never did. I ended up throwing all my trash into the hallway and then I told the desk that I did that and they still didn’t send anyone to the room.
