"Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good.
Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready."

"My experience was not too bad , I am just used of sleeping in a comfortable bed., and not having to worry about using the bathroom towels! This is to avoid the hassle of checking out , cause any piece of what they called stain is 400 pesos , on the first night I was there I called the front desk to have it cleaned and changed but nothing happened but I was thinking I am there for just a night so i just sleep on top of the towels otherwise the bedding and pillows have the marks of someone else’s...

"Rooms are comfortable. Limited places to unpack if staying for extended period. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Has a spa to get massages if desired. Hotel is a tricycle ride away from everything.
Microwave in the room would be nice. Staff said they will heat our own food up in kitchen if asked. We asked and food was reheated for us. Has 3 nice pool tables in bar area which I have not gone to yet. Overall; we will be coming back. Price and service is unbeatable."
