Such a very nice place. Very clean in all aspects including the common areas, rooms, bathrooms, bedding, towels, etc. I never saw any bugs or ants which is very rare in the Philippines. Excellent and caring staff and good location not too far from downtown Makati and the MRT. I walked to both but Jeepnys right there always. Very good value for money you cannot go wrong staying here. Online booking is best for a lower rate and to choose your room type.

Conveniency but not for Staycation comfort
Location is near in Mall Of Asia and Mall chains in Makati (Greenbelt). Evangelista street is not a pleasant street, it has busy traffic, and lots of hobo, but all in all still safe place to be. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. You must request house keeping verbally because they don’t give attention to door sign. Property has no elevator, but they don’t think twice to help you carry your luggages. Really appreciate their hospitality and friendliness!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at, very friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and I would definitely recommend this to others and will stay here again coming back to the Philippines!

A very clean place, the neigbourhood is also pleasant except (Evangelista street) but all the others streets look like a small village with charming people. I will come back.
