"The staff as I said is nice but the rooms/bed is not that fresh. I can’t even tell if they were brand new when we check in. I got bedbug bites on my legs. So dissapointed on this. The hot water flow is so poor. And the washroom can use a lot of spray wash to remove moldy like substance. The hallway floor tiles are lifting. We stayed on the 14th and 2nd floor. All same. I would not come back here or recommend. I’m sorry for the evaluation I gave but it’s the truth. Thank you. "

"We chose the hotel for proximity to the airport. Stayed one night, the room and bathroom had a musty smell, could be from cleaning materials. I suppose it was bearable for the 1 night. The staff however were friendly and ever so helpful so kudos to them."
