"Great Hotel, but very isolated"

"Tout l’endroit un peu isolé! La facilité d’aller partout car avec une voiture de location c’est agréable de pouvoir bouger ! Parking souterrain gratuit !!! Lave vaisselle, machine à laver, 2 salles de bains et grandes terrasses dans la suite parentale pour s’y reposer ou manger ! Vraiment chouette !"

"Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag Very wobbly stairs to first floor Pool area was nice Scruffy urbanisation We couldn’t risk staying for one night Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far"

"Felicidad"

"The room has everything you need and clean balcony is perfect. The staff are so friendly made my stay feel better. Definitely will book again"

"The hotel is okay for a business trip but is located very close to several main roads so you hear the traffic noise. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The water supply stopped during our stay for nearly 24 hours and the hotel were poor on providing any information. My wife had to ask for some drinking water which the staff were unwilling to provide until she insisted. The other issue was the toilets couldn't be flushed so there was a bad smell around the hotel. The breakfast...

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Plenty of surrounding restaurants and a 10min walk from the main shopping area. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was a good start to the day. The slight downside was we could hear the surrounding bars in our room, especially late at night and when football was on. The more superior rooms wouldn’t have been as noisy as they were placed on the other side of the hotel. This wouldn’t stop us staying at the hotel again though. Also we had a...

"Can't go far wrong with a Hard rock hotel"

"Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended."

"The entire package"

"Location great … staff not up to standard at all. Food in a word awful. What a shame on our birthday weekend. Then all inclusive had to pay for drinks before departure… we had a late flight … then had a room to change and no stop maid knocking on the door what the hell. So disappointed"

"Location is central for going either direction. Parking is available on the street but you have to walk 100-200 meters. Summertime might be more difficult so parking at the property might be better. Overall the hotel is good, rooms are dated and could benefit from a upgrade or minor renovation especially the bathrooms."
