"When we reached the hotel they asked where are we from from the staff and in a rude way ...theyvstraight forward denied the room to us saying that we are from delhi ncr region . when i showed them the address proof mentioning that i am not from ncr then only they provided the room and they did not even apologied... "The room's Air Conditioner was not working properly, we asked the staff to get it checked or provide us with a different room, but the staff did nothing on the same. Hence whole time we had to be in the room with just the Ceiling fan providing us some comfort. "

"Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "

"The room was very small and dirty. Full of cigarette cans, requested to clean the room multiple times no one responded. Full of mosquitoes. No water in the tap in the sink. My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel. Don’t recommend this to anyone "
