"This hotel is centrally located on the hotel side. We had a terrible experience with people and kids running down the hall from 11pm to 1am hitting the doors and screaming. I called the front desk and reported this 2 times and they didn't really seem to care. We checked out a day early because we were tired and only got a few hours of sleep. I mentioned it to an assistant manager and she said to talk to Expedia. I would not stay here again."

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."
