"Having travelled around the Philippines for 17 days we saved the best until last. The CocoLoco exceeded our expectations, it really is a gem. The location looks out onto a stunning part of white beach at station 3. The sand is white and the water so clear. The beach was never busy but quiet and chilled. A 10.minute stroll towards Dmall takes you past numerous restaurants and shops / stalls and a further 10 minuts takes you to the hustle and bustle of Dmall. The staff at CocoLoco are so friendly and welcoming. They really care. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, which is freshly cooked and in our experience, delicious. The food from the restaurant was reasonably priced, lots of choice and very tasty. The room appeared to have been recently renovated. The bathroom the best we have experience across the Philippines. The room itself was clean and well appointed, providing all the facilities we needed. Finally I think this is the only hotel we have been to where our sleep wasn't disturbed by barking dogs! This is a gem of a hotel in a little piece of paradise."

"pretty nice place and the people who work here are amazing. A little bit of a walk to the beach and even further of a walk to D mall but it’s pretty safe overall. The room was good, Ac and tv working properly. One thing i was kind of annoyed by was the shower. The Shower faucet was not functioning properly so i was showering with cold water for the whole stay. "

"I stayed for two nights & it was everything that I needed to relax and unwind. The hotel is at station X and is a short walk to the beach, centrally located to the restaurants bars & shops in station 2. The room was clean & had everything I needed including bottled filtered water in the room & stocked mini fridge. I like that the shower and toilet area are divided in the room. The staff & security were very friendly & helpful with anything I needed and housekeeping were very quick to bring anything extra to the room that I required. We even met a lady that works here down the street, on her day off work, who enquired if we were enjoying our stay. My friend mentioned she would be getting more towels for her room the next day & when we got back the towels had been delivered to my friends room already! She had obviously rang & told the hotel (on her day off!!) that is excellent customer service that I have never seen before! I just wish I had gotten her name but she is great!!(She works in the office) Two people I want to make a special mention to are Alexa, she both checked me in & out of the hotel & was so sweet& efficient. Last but not least James the Lifeguard!! He was so attentive to every single person at the pool & really went out of his way to make sure everyone was looked after & comfortable. He noticed how much I was struggling with the heat, got me a fan to put beside me, iced water & continuously checked on me. I hope they receive special recognition!! Thank you!"
