"We arrived for a two day stay and Mike could not of been more welcoming or helpful, he even moved his car so our scooters could have hard standing to park on, the room was amazing with a separate lounge area and spotlessly clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water for a shower and an abundance of tea/coffee on the tray. "Booked as my surprise 30th get away, partner had organised with the hotel to decorate the room and it was so lovely to walk in to. Host was very friendly and the place was very clean. "The staff were very welcoming at this hotel. The room was nice and big but there was a strange doorway up some steps to our room in an annex. Parking was very tight so you have to be a confident parker and access to the car park is along a road at the back of the hotel. The restaurant meals were fantastic - super quality, so much so that we didn't venture elsewhere for our evening meals. For me they were 10/10. Breakfast was ok - for some reason it didn't come above ok compared to the evening...

"The staff are excellent, always keen to help. The location is stunning. The place offers excellent self catering accommodation with a nice dining area. The lounge could be bigger with more chairs should you want to watch TV. The WiFi, although available in the communal areas, wasn't great but I believe it's a problem in the area.
