"The Best Western person (Keith is his name) managing the breakfast process and area was outstanding. He does a phenomenal job and is a "behavior" model for all Best Western employees. I will stay at this property again because of this impressive person."

"There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed."

"Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"

"This is an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful historic inn in Richmond. We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. There's even a friendly hotel cat. We'll be back, and I've already recommended it to several friends."

"The bad: bathroom tub and toilet lid had all the paint cracking off. Also not very clean. I put a towel down to shower. The bed was ok. The floor was sticky. The sliding door window from the floor level was NOT locked so that was concerning. A whole person fits through those windows from the back parking lot. The good: the fridge was a decent size and it has a microwave. Ice was located nearby. Property was easy to locate. The front desk was nice. Overall not great but if its just for one...

"Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I advise you to stay at your own risk, as I will never return to that establishment and flag the double transaction you made at check-in.
