"overcrowded and loud music early in the morning in parking lot. In the 2 night stay , the toilet was backed up even after the maintenance came in the first night. Our key card to get in the room worked the first night but not the second night/ We had no remote in the room for the TV as well"

"There was renovations going on on the fourth floor, I could hear the workers. Congestion on elevator with workers and containers. If i had known this, i would have booked elsewhere. "

"Very helpful and polite staff. Everything was clean, there were a few areas where age was beginning to show but was not a problem. Good breakfast. I will say that the people that designed this motel must have been thinking in terms of 5 year old kids when they ordered toilets. They are way too low for adults and when you get to be 85 like I am, getting up from low positions sometimes presents a challenge."

"It was fine for a quick overnight stay. The room could have used some work and the fridge froze our water bottles overnight (not able to adjust temp), but the breakfast was good..not a full breakfast but make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bread and English muffins to toast, juice/coffee so it was fine. I also checked for bed bugs in the seams of the mattress and that was clear! so I’d recommend for a convenient overnight."

"i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...

"The stay was great. There was only two issues. The pool water was very cold, the pool should be heated. The other issue was that the rooms get clean every two days so after our first night we assumed it would not be cleaned. Well they came in and cleaned when we were out, not a big deal there was nothing out that we would not them to see but if it is every two days insure you follow that schedule."

"The towels, bathroom, and sheets were clean, but the room was kind of old looking and dirty. The floors were not clean and the couch in the sitting area of my room had dog hair all over it. The outlets in the wall were too loose to hold my chargers and some of them, including the lamps did not even work. The breakfast with mediocre at best. The overall cleanliness of the hotel from the lobby to my room was dirty and busted looking. I was traveling by myself so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but I...
