I knew the hotel was under renovation but not sure what was done and what wasn’t. Our room had loose molding in bathroom, paint not matching on the door, flooring seemed uneven. The room could have been cleaned a bit better. If walking barefoot your feet got dirty and it was vinyl flooring. Two biggest problems where the mattresses were too soft and the beds were way too high for a vertically challenged person to even get in. They need to trim down the bed frames by about 10 inches or supply step stools to get in the beds.

The rooms weren’t very sound proof. The room above us had someone running back and forth all hours of the night. When we got our morning showers the power when out to all the outlets, lights in the room and TV. The bathroom was all that had electric.

A long line of mistakes on the part of the hotel, starting before I even got there, led to them overcharging me by $100, taking my food and gas money for my trip, leaving me stranded and having to borrow money from someone. Only to get to our room to have it be filthy, still full of garbage, wet towels and dirt. Then told that there were no other rooms for us and it was past midnight. After complaining and wanting a refund, they finally gave me somebody else's room that had not shown up yet. Told I would get a refund the next morning, I was then told that not even the general manager has the ability to do a refund and it would have to go through the corporate office. Here I am 2 days later and I have not heard from the corporate office and my money has not been refunded. Even after me sending a follow-up email, I have gotten any confirmation of my email. Do not stay here! One mistake I can understand but this is like six mistakes that cost me way more than $100 that I missed because I missed part of the concert I went there to see happened to deal with them on the phone. The headache and then time I spent dealing with it in my opinion is way more than they'll send me back even if they do refund me.

The hotel is under construction to remodel the rooms. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a remodeled king suite. The only complaint is the air conditioner is in the bedroom and no air conditioner in the living room. It was to warm for us to sit in the living room to watch tv. It was a waste of money for a suite. Nice area and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Property is in the process of remodeling and might be a nice place but most of the hotel was under reconstruction. Room had an odor to it but the price was relatively cheap.

Fresh and clean!
Looked newly remodeled and my room had a sitting room in addition to the bedroom. I was surprised when I opened the door. It appears 2nd floor is being remodeled, but I heard no noise in the morning to indicate. Only a notice in the elevator. As close to a pristine room as I've had in many moons. Haven't traveled much the last couple of years, but this was definately up there with our favorite at South Pointe in Las Vegas for comfort and cleanliness. Didn't do breakfast, but it appeared there were plenty of offerings...biscuits/gravy, eggs, waffles, cereal, bread for toast...coffee, milk.
