"The room was comfortable and clean but unfortunately the tv remote did not turn on the tv. so i rang down and a staff member came and helped me out by switching the tv on behind the tv. he was most apologetic they did not have the right batteries.
Meal was lovely and staff were great and most helpful."

"Turned up at 7 05pm they shut reception at 7pm.
I was on a plane. I sent an email saying we might be late. They charged me as a no show. Took me 3 days to get my money back. I missed my friends birthday and I had to drive home after a long flight. Not Happy."
