Uop!Welcoming horribly, the room #9 was darker, poor ventilation, smelling at dirt, the fan was very far of the main bed, I felt I was going to die in that place. I asked a new room I explained the reasons to the small front desk man, he looked upset and said ok I take number 4 but roo small,the bed is small, he replied like he did not want give to, so what I can do? We Just take it. So the bed was super smaller almost I felt twice, the righ side lamp was not working , we were giving only two towels, no soap not small towels, not towel for bathing, not rag on floor. Do not visit that place. The maintenance is a disaster. Adding to it the breasfast served on unclean place. All over bird poops an mosquitos. I did not enjoyed that so I did not had breasfast all of those days in that place. Also! I was wondering why do you offer a great rooms when is not true facts?. We were giving only one night two botles of water, the thing is we stayed in that stablisment for 5 days in force! Because we were charged in advance. I need my money back. On top of that the small hotel was in construction going, all it over dash, sounding machinery, the front desk man, not a single word of "I am sorry." Well he is rude in management. His customer service is the worst, he shouldn't work in that place if he is not well trained to be. I hope the owner or manager of the hotel Manta Madrigal ,be aware of and take accountability of our complaints.I, we,need a letter of apologies, and my money back.

Deben procurar cuidar mas las habitaciones el aire acondicionado no servia. El control remoto del televisor tampoco servia. El personal que era el mismo encargado del desayuno. De la recepcion y de todo no se abastece. Que tengan un dispensador de papel higenico co.o en un centro comercial me disgusto.
