"The restaurant on Saturday was staffed by kids and their mom had two large dogs in the restaurant that the kids were petting between serving us food, and they brought crackers with our soup instead of the bread that was included in the price listed, then we asked for the bread and it was delivered. The food was not up to the standard we had experienced on previous visits to this hotel/restaurant. The room was clean and bed very good. I may try a different hotel next time in Maple Grove."

"Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room."

"Clean, good price for location, comfort, scale, amenities. In walking distance of recreation in Maple Grove, accommodating bar and restaurant for convenience. Was great for an anniversary get away. Nice room for price."

"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"

"Stayed with our family for two nights, hotel has been updated. We would stay here again if we were back in the area. Very large lobby area, the pool area was on the smaller side, but nice."
