"Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. "

"There was one friendly staff member that worked the front desk, she was amazing. Older woman with short hair and glasses.. And the rest of the team, just seemed tired of being there. The shuttle drivers were the sweetest, and very informative. The only thing I didn’t like was I kept having to come down from the fourth floor so they can reset my key card."

"The place is good, clean room and all that. It has a free airport shuttle, but the shuttle information is not on the website. I texted the hotel the night before arrival, asking for shuttle info, but received no reply. I had to call on the airport courtesy phone (direct line to the hotel) to extract the info that I had to wait in area 3B for the shuttle. I wish this was easier."

"Centrally located from SeaTac airport with Link just a block away to take us to downtown Seattle. Free shuttle to and from airport to hotel, plus they offered free shuttle service to restaurants nearby. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful."

"This is a busy hotel in a great location. Staff were accommodating and have things running like clockwork. Breakfast is BUSY. Rooms are good and clean. Worn only due to volume of turnover the hotel must have. My 12 yo and I stayed here for baseball - lots of ride share options close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance."
