"Very disappointed. The Shower did not have hot water and many discussions with manager and front desk- they finally opened another room so we could all go back and forth for a shower. Lucky it was vacant!!!! for the money we spent i would not expect this. This was an inconvenience and no apology at all!!! The reception people were very weird.
