An Amazing Stay at Burasari Resort & Spa!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Burasari Resort & Spa truly exceeded my expectations and deserves to be recognized! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness. The staff made an outstanding first impression, and that same level of care and hospitality continued throughout our stay, right up until the very end.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in paradise. Our room was always spotless, and I loved the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary drinks and chips.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight! There was such a wonderful variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, pastries, a great selection of sides, fresh fruit, halal options, pasta, and an Indian food section.
One of the best parts of our stay was enjoying the spa! Jummy was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of us and handled our spa appointments with a beautiful smile, kindness, and outstanding customer service. What stood out to me most was the people. You can have a beautiful resort, great food, and wonderful amenities, but it’s the people who make the experience unforgettable.
I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!
